ORDERS
• Minimum first order of $300.00. All orders under $200.00 will be charged a handling fee of a minimum of $5 or 15%, whichever is greater.
• All items must be ordered according to the item number or UPC code and minimum order quantities specified in the catalog, flyers or online ordering system.
• All purchase orders must be signed by an authorized buyer or owner.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Next Innovations, Ltd. in its sole discretion.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
• All opening orders must be pre-paid. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or C.O.D Money Orders.
• To obtain credit terms please contact Next Innovations, Ltd.
• A $30 fee will apply to all stop payment checks or returned nonsufficient funds (NSF).
• Customer agrees that Next Innovations, Ltd. may impose an interest charge of the lower of 1.5% per month or the highest charge allowed under Minnesota law on all past due amounts.
SHIPPING
• Special routing information must be specified at the time the order is placed or Next Innovations, Ltd. will ship at its own discretion. For customers inside the continental United States, we ship via FedEx, UPS, SpeeDee and other LTL common carriers. Customer will be responsible for all freight charges and shipping charges, FOB Walker, Minnesota.
CLAIMS/RETURNS
• All claims (e.g. short orders, damages in shipment, etc) must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise; otherwise Next Innovations, Ltd. may, at its management’s discretion, deny the claim. Invoice number, date of order and details must be included with claim.
• All returns require authorization from Next Innovations, Ltd. Customer Service department (not from your sales rep) and must have a detailed list of the product(s) and the reason for the return.
• Return Authorization numbers (RA#) issued by Next Innovations, Ltd. must be listed on all documents and also be marked clearly on all cartons of any approved returns for credit to your account.
• Merchandise refused or returned that is non-defective is subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges and will be billed to your customer account.
• Customer agrees to pay all shipping and COD charges on orders that are shipped but not accepted by the customer.
• Except for products returned under a specific product warranty, Next Innovations, Ltd. is not obligated to give credit for merchandise returned or refused by the customer. If Next Innovations, Ltd. does accept returned merchandise, it has the option of crediting customer’s account the full payment received less a 25% restocking fee, shipping charges, and a 3% handling fee for non-defective, resalable products.
I agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the business relationship with Next Innovations, Ltd
will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without application of its conflict of law provisions. In addition, I agree that the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any dispute arising under my business relationship
with Next Innovations, Ltd shall be the court located in the State of Minnesota, venued in Cass County. Moreover, I hereby submit
to personal jurisdiction in the State Courts of Minnesota. Furthermore, I knowingly and intentionally waive the right to a jury trial
on any issue or dispute that may arise between me and Next Innovations, Ltd.
