Terms & Conditions of the “Take Back America” Prize Giveaway.

1. Promotion dates begin midnight April 30th, 2009 (CST) and will run thru midnight (CST) November 15th, 2009.  Orders placed and entries received in the mail within this time frame will qualify for the prize drawings. A single chance will be given for each two hundred dollar increment on each order.  Ie…… $200.00 net order = 1 chance; $1,000.00 net order = 5 chances.

2. All entries received during a month will be eligible for that month’s drawing and the related prizes. All monthly drawings will be done at 4:00 pm CST on the last business day of the month.    Once that months drawing has been done, the winners will be notified by a customer service representative, and posted on our website by the close of the following business day and also included in the monthly newsletter.  Once the monthly drawing has been completed, those entries will be moved into the Grand Prize drawing barrel, and a new month will begin. Each monthly prize drawing will be based on the entries received during that month. All entries received prior to 3 pm (CST) on that particular months drawing day will be eligible.

3. The Grand Prize Drawing will be done at 12:00 pm (CST) on November 16th, 2009.  Winners will be notified by a customer service representative, and posted on our website by the close of the following business day and also included in the monthly newsletter.  The Grand Prize drawing will be from all entries received during the Prize Giveaway dates.

4. The monthly prize drawings will be as follows:

May 29th 2009 Drawing
1st prize will be a $500.00 credit good towards the purchase of any Next Innovations products. (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $1,000.00, based on MSRP).
2nd prize will be a $250.00 credit good towards the purchase of any Next Innovations products. (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $500.00, based on MSRP).
3rd prize will be a $100.00 credit good towards the purchase of any Next Innovations products. (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $200.00, based on MSRP).

June 30th, 2009 Drawing
1st prize will be a Bose Wave Music System (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $500.00).
2nd prize will be a $250.00 credit good towards the purchase of any Next Innovations products. (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $500.00, based on MSRP).
3rd prize will be a $100.00 credit good towards the purchase of any Next Innovations products. (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $200.00, based on MSRP).

July 31st, 2009 Drawing
1st prize will be a $500.00 credit good towards the purchase of any Next Innovations products. (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $1,000.00, based on MSRP).

3rd prize will be a $100.00 credit good towards the purchase of any Next Innovations products. (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $200.00, based on MSRP).

5. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $5,000 credit good towards the purchase of any Next Innovations products.  (Not redeemable for cash, Retail value of $10,000.00, based on MSRP).

6. Winning prize account credits will be good for 2 years from the date of the drawing.  Any unused credits after that date will expire.  Credits will be available the following business day after the drawing. Credit may not be used towards shipping or handling, customer will be responsible for all shipping fees on each order placed using their credit.  Winning credit to be applied to future purchases only, not current balance.

7. This prize drawing is void where prohibited by law and there is no purchases necessary.  You may enter the drawing with your purchase or if you would like to enter the drawing without purchase you can enter by mailing your name, company name, mailing address, email address and phone number to: Next Innovations, LTD, Attn: Prize Drawing, at Post Office Box 999, Walker, Minnesota 56484, only one entry per envelope. Not responsible for lost mail.  Employees and family members of employees are not eligible.
