“I am thankful to paint the
things I love and ever so thankful to all those who have enjoyed
my work and have kept my inspirations high.” Cyndi credits her
success completely to her Family and Friends.
Cyndi is nationally and internationally published through many
companies. Some including: The Bradford Exchange, Wildlife
Federation, Bergquist, Walmart Lean'in Tree, A.C.I.
International, Conservation Federation, Pheasants Forever and
Ducks Unlimited.Achievements: “Long Live America" is displayed in the Pentagon,
the prestigious NALED Plate of the Year runner-up. Award of
Excellence in Plate Editions. Selected for 5 State Stamp
designs. National Pheasants Forever Button and Print design.
National Ducks Unlimited Flyway Print Artist. Honored through
the Sigrud Olson Environmental Institute. Recognized for her
achievements in Wolf Art Excellence. Cyndi was chosen
Conservation Federation Artist of the Year for three consecutive
years. Selected for a special display commemorating Desert
Storm-Desert Shield for the U.S. Postal Headquarters in
Washington D.C. and Part of the People of the Century
Collection. |

Many things captivate the open mind of this interesting artist.
From raising and working with animals to racing her own drag car
which took her to the Nationals, to being a professional model,
Cyndi was raised and still lives in northern Minnesota. Her
folks instilled in her a great love for the outdoors and
wilderness.
Surroundings and upbringing exposed her to a vast expanse of
wildlife. Growing up with nature was an outstanding source of
knowledge and experience that would prove to be invaluable to
her career. Within the first year of creating her first painting
she won national awards. Cyndi's passion and calling had been
found. A year later, in 1986, she went full time as a
professional artist and hasn't turned back. Cyndi says “It takes
dedication and hard work, but I love it!”
When Cyndi is not busy with her rigorous schedule of personal
appearances across the U.S. and disciplined painting in between,
she enjoys side line activities of photography, collecting
classic cars and physical fitness. She also enjoys roaming and
fishing remote wilderness areas. |
